* Software Only---including training, labor, installation 100% (at regular rates, no increase in rate---we have been doing this for over ten years…we like Software leases).

* Titled vehicles---new and used, dealer and private party, not by Blue Book value

* Private Party Sales ( often without sales tax, legally ).

* Supplier Progress Payments and Prepayments (paying 50% or 75% in advance and/or progress payments for equipment and services delivered, but not finished)

* Expansion of Existing Businesses (new, second, third, fourth locations)

*Additional locations of business (adjuncts to existing business)

* People who work out of their homes.

* We do ATMs, Vending, re-rental equipment, home healthcare and many "at home" businesses---in fact, we have almost virtually no equipment restrictions with the only exception being pornography.

* We base our decisions on people, financial statements, and all criteria, not just "best" guarantor ( or best co-lessee ) and not on the worst.

We not only are concerned about our customer before signing the lease, but after. Our lessee is not just a "number" to us. 65% of our business is "repeat".

Our decisions are more based on experience and belief in people. We are not dictated by a national policy or securitization on the stock market. We are not afraid to try new things.
